Ken is a professional. We were first time buyers and he was patient and always treated us with respect. Ken has an extensive knowledge of the market in this area. He demonstrated this when his CMA was confirmed exactly by the third party appraiser. His ability to negotiate and "close the deal" was key in our transaction.
