Ken Kirchoff
Ken is a professional. We were first time buyers and he was patient and always treated us with respect. Ken has an extensive knowledge of the market in this area. He demonstrated this when his CMA was confirmed exactly by the third party appraiser. His ability to negotiate and "close the deal" was key in our transaction. The listing was highly competitive but Ken was able to secure our home. Ken is personable, prompt and productive. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a strong agent in the area.

So this is a long overdue review, not only for a realtor, but for a friend. We were fortunate to have both. If ANYONE is in the market for a realtor in south-central PA, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY advise you to setup an appointment with Ken Kirchoff to discuss! This dude was amazing every step of the way. In our case, we were buyers and needed a buyers agent. So we began our search in the spring of '18 and found our place and settled late December '18. I just can't say enough of how well a job this guy did. Let me tell you, he will have your interests at the forefront, he is not an agent who is concerned with getting you to settlement so he can get his commission. Ken is smart enough to know that closings will fall in line. When Ken puts all his client's interests first, the closings just happen and his clients are happy with what they got and that brings Ken joy. He has much respect from us conducting himself in this manner. Ken would point out or talk us down from some situations we may have been high on emotionally. We would go to see a house together and Ken wasn't afraid to point out issues or make us think, "would you really be happy with this setup, etc.". He has so much experience through the years and he is always willing to share to protect his clients. You talk about work ethic!! This dude on many occasions is sending and/or answering emails at 4:00 am to begin his day or 1:00 am ending his day. If I had a dollar for every occasion HE CALLED to have a phone discussion at 11:00 at night (not without texting first to ask if we were up and could call of course), man, I might have enough to buy another house. LOL Seriously, we talked to him about working too hard. It seriously is a PASSION for Ken, he gets enjoyment from helping people. He also has an amazing helper in Kattie working on the details behind the scenes. When Ken had multiple appointments, Kattie was there at times to show us places we wanted to see ASAP. You want to talk about negotiating skills? This dude, I seriously started calling him 'Stone Cold Killa'. You may think you understand the market and the art of the deal, but if you just rely on Ken's experience, he knows what you want, he will get you the best possible deal you can get from any particular situation, I truly believe that. He would advise us to ask for more then we thought or he would come back from negotiations and get us something else in the deal we weren't even expecting or even asked for him to get for us. In the end, Ken ending up getting us our home for a whopping 15% less then the seller's asking price....SERIOUSLY! I can't promise that for you, but I do know in my heart he will get you the best possible deal that can be had from any particular situation. If you are looking to buy or sell a home and don't have an agent yet, heck, even if you have an agent selected but haven't signed a contract with them yet to move forward, contact Ken, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again Ken, a.k.a. 'Stone Cold Killa' you were absolutely amazing! Please thank Kattie as well for us. You both were amazing.

Ken was extremely knowledgeable on everything and gave me some options to choose from to best suite my needs. Within just one week my house had been placed on the market and sold. He went the extra mile to ensure that the whole process went smooth and carefree.
