We were lost first time home buyers and then my stepdad connected us with Ken. He was BEYOND knowledgeable. He sat us down and we talked about what we were looking for and our price range. He even guided to figure out what loan might be best for us. When it came to looking for houses, we had quite the time. We felt sort of desperate to move, so Ken would definitely let us know if he thought we were rushing something or if a house didn't feel right for us. He sure did save us from some situations that could have gotten us in over our head. He also had our best interest in mind when we were dealing with a stubborn seller. Ken will always, no matter what, have your best interest in mind. We were so happy and lucky to have Ken as our realtor. Every step of the way he was there for us, and let me tell you, this man never sleeps. If something needs done, he's on it. Even if he's at Disney land! My husband had a crazy work schedule and ken would stay up until 2 am sometimes writing up documents for us to sign! He's honestly just so happy to find people homes, and his passion really shows in his work. I mean his license plate says "sell homz" so if that doesn't reassure, I don't know what will. Negotiation? Ken is your man. 100%. He's very fair and does extensive research to make sure houses are priced fairly and if they aren't, he will let you know and even let the seller know. We seriously can't say enough about how great Ken was, and we could never thank him enough for what he has given our little family. *fair warning* Ken may challenge you to a race if you talk about being a fast runner. No one is faster than Ken.

Ken was absolutely fantastic. As first time home buyers, we had a LOT of questions and he patiently and thoughtfully answered them all. Ken was dedicated and persistent in getting us the best deal possible. He even negotiated our final price down for us while he was on vacation with his family in Disney! Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe his passion for his job. Ken is phenomenal and a ton of fun to work with as well!

He continually fought to get be the best deal and never tired to sell me on features of a home I did not like.
